Each week Clive discusses the week's events with the pick of the nation's top comedians, critics, commentators and politicians. Chat Room is a witty, subversive, informative and highly entertaining examination of the week's news.

The show is unique among panel shows for its fluidity and openness. Audience members are also able to pitch questions directly to the panel. Series five brought a wonderful selection of guests to the airwaves including Reginald D Hunter, Will Self, Kelvin MacKenzie, Julian Clary, Clare Short MP, David Starkey, Charles Kennedy, Meera Syal, Arthur Smith and Miranda Hart.
