Dick Vosburgh presents a celebration of the life and career of one of the greatest comedian's comedians, Phil Silvers aka Sergeant Ernie Bilko - on the 20th anniversary of his death, and 50 years after the first Bilko show.

Contributors include M.A.S.H writer Larry Gelbart, actors Mickey Freeman and Allan Melvin, and an indepth interview with Phil's daughter Tracey Silvers.
